How do I create email addresses?
To creat email addresses, login to your Control Panel. Choose Email icon on the Quick Access menu. Click on Add new mail resource under the Object section. Choose Mailbox in the dropdown list. Click next. Supply in the information being ask: eamil address, password, description (optional).

The Add new mail resource also allows you to set-up your other email resources like Mail forward, Mail Alias, Mailling List, and Mail Autoresponders.

Do I have my own POP3 and SMTP server name?
Yes. You will have your own POP3 and SMTP servers that you can use for your Favorite Email clients. You will have these General Information:

POP3: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP:
mail.yourdomain.com
Username/Account Name:
yourname@yourdomain.com
Password:
Your Account Password

In your hosting plan table, an email qouta is specified in each plan. Is the qouta shared by all the email addresses I created?
The email qouta is for each email account. However, the Data Transfer qouta (Bandwidth) will be shared with your email and http bandwidth consumption.

Can I use my favorite email clients to send and received emails?
Yes. Simply use the POP3 and SMTP server configuration in your account.

How do I configure my Outlook Express?
Using POP Access for Outlook/Outlook Express:
Goto "tools"..."accounts"..."add"...."mail"
Go through the wizard and put in this general info:

Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com
Account Name: username@yourdomain.com
Password: your password

Once you get through the wizard....close it out, then go
back into "tools"......"accounts"
highlight the new account you've created.......click
on "properties".....
Goto the "servers" tab. Make sure all the info is
correct,click on "remember password".....
Also uncheck the box that says "My server requires
Authentication"

How do I configure my Eudora?
Within Eudora, Select "Tools" and then Select "Options".
Within the Tool Bar on the left side of the Box, Select "Getting Started"
Enter your POP Account Information, example username@yourdomain.com
(the following two steps are optional)
Enter your Real Name, example John Doe
Enter your Return Address, example username@yourdomain.com
After completing the first section, Select "Hosts" within the Tool Bar.
Enter the SMTP Mail Server as mail.yourdomain.com.

If you have multiple accounts within the same domain name, you may use this feature to download the mail as that user. All that is needed is the basic e-mail account information and to save the information within Eudora.
